  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Number of records in a buffer is        *
  *                      calculated with a message length of     *
  *                      65536. The correct length is 64000      *
  *                      .                                       *
  *                      Calculate number of messages based      *
  *                      on the minimum record size.             *
  *                      At each record, monitor the message     *
  *                      size and send when a maximum sized      *
  *                      record won't fit.                       *

  A Large buffer is causing message fragmentation.
