Error description

• Provide IMS PA reports in JSON format.
  The enhancement is to the IMS PA Internal Resource Usage Report
  (IRUR) as follows:
    - allow extracts to be formatted as CSV or JSON Lines.
    - allow extracts to be written to z/OS data sets or to z/OS
      UNIX files.
    - allow forwarding of extracts as JSON Lines to a TCP/IP
      listener.
  This enhancement is implemented as a result of RFE# 153385.
