    ****************************************************************
REORG INDEX SHRLEVEL CHANGE, without specifying NOSYSUT1 and
the subsystem parameter REORG_INDEX_NOSYSUT1 not enabled, was
run on an index containing a small number of keys. An attempt
was made to initialize an unneeded pointer from storage that
was unallocated which resulted in the ABEND0C4 at DSNUREKY
    OFFSET0450.
For Db2 13 for z/OS, this situation could only occur for
    REORG INDEX SHRLEVEL NONE

Problem conclusion

  • REORG INDEX code has been changed to fix the aforementioned
    problem.
