  APAR PH48472/PTF UI82813 changes the IMS catalog application
  programming interface (DFS3CATQ macro) to load a load module
  DFS3CQ20 from IMS RESLIB of STEPLIB. However, IMS Administration
  Tool issues DFS3CATQ macro without IMS RESLIB of STEPLIB. It
  causes ABEND806 in IMS Administration Tool with a message
  CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE DFS3CQ20 NOT FOUND.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM IMS Administration Tool has been modified to load DFS3CQ20
  before issuing DFS3CATQ macro.
