  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides an interface in Db2  *
  *                      Admin Tool to Db2 SQL Performance       *
  *                      Analyzer (SQL PA).                      *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR integrates Db2 Admin Tool and Db2 SQL PA
  to seamlessly explain a statement during administrative
  operations, so that the user does not need to switch between
  tools.
  A new installation-dependent line command, PA (Explain with Db2
  SQL PA), was added on panel ADB21K (Packages) to launch
  Db2 SQL PA.
  To enable this command, the following new options have been
  added to the IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS (TCz) setup process
  for Db2 Administration Tool on panel CCQPPRD 'Product
  Parameters' and panel CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters':
    - Enable Db2 SQL PA (Yes/No)
    - SQL PA CLIST lib
