PH50916: ,USER= ADDED TO JOB CARD ON JCL SUBMITTED BY WRITEQ TD TO INTRDR

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ,USER= added to job card on JCL submitted by WRITEQ TD to INTRDR
  when nothing is coded for JOBUSERID on the TDQ definition.
  
  Also, when the JOB card spans two lines, sometimes CICS does not
  notice that USER=xxxxx is on the 2nd line of the job card.  This
  prevents CICS from doing a surrogate check on that userid.

  When JCL spanning more than one line is written to INTRDR by a
  WRITE TDQ, a superfluous ,USER= parameter is added erroneously
  to the JCL.
  Also the userid defined in the correctly submitted USER=
  parameter is not then subjected to a SURROGATE check when
  it should be.
  

Problem conclusion

• Errors in DFHPSJP and DFHTDTM have been corrected to remove the
  problems with JCL submitted to INTRDR by WRITEQ TD
