  1. Timezone of the F_TIMESTAMP field is not stated.
  
  2. There is no mechanism to issue SQL COMMIT statements
     during the Forecaster run.
  
  3. The AGGR_LEVEL field has the same value 'H' for both
     weekly by hour and linear forecasts in CP_CPU_LPAR_FH.
  
  4. The start date and time of the forecasting week is
    related to the last record of the input data.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The description of the F_TIMESTAMP field for all Forecaster
     tables is updated to indicate the field is in UTC time.
  
  2. The Forecaster is enhanced to enable SQL COMMIT
     statements to be issued using a new parameter in the
     configuration.
  
  3. The Forecaster is modified to update the AGGR_LEVEL
     field with code 'B' for the weekly by hour forecast
     in table CP_CPU_LPAR_FH.
  
  4. The start of the first forecasting week for the weekly
     by hour forecast is modified to start Sunday midnight.
