Error description

• z/VM Version 7 Release 3.0 was changed to support 4 character
  time zone identifiers. However, this change introduced an
  issue in Operations Manager due to which schedules and
  monitoring functions stopped working, when z/VM was upgraded
  to version 7 release 3.0.

  This PTF will fix the issue.

  Users must apply this PTF to use Operations Manager on
  z/VM version 7 release 3.0 and above.

  Z/VM Version 7 Release 3.0 was changed to support 4-character
  time zone identifiers. This enhancement has changed the
  CP QUERY TIME response for all the users using
  Z/VM Version 7 Release 3.0 and above.
  
  Operations Manager uses CP QUERY TIME to get the CP time
  which is used while Schedules, Rules, and Monitoring
  functions of Operations Manager.
  
  Adding support in Operations Manager to process
  new response format returned from CP QUERY TIME
  for Z/VM Version 7 Release 3.0 and above.
