  A java core will identify this problem with one of the
  dead lock stacks
  containing Handlelist.reAssociate.
  

Problem conclusion

• Synchornization in the handle list code was changed to avoid
  the dead lock.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
