  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides support for the      *
  *                      LASTLOG option of the REORG TABLESPACE  *
  *                      and REORG INDEX utilities.              *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR adds support for the LASTLOG option with two possible
  values: YES or NO. This option is available from the REORG
  utility option panels ADB2USO1 and ADB2UXO1. Help panels
  ADBHUSO1 and ADBHUXO1 include the description of this new
  option.
  
  New Change Management (CM) batch parameters for the LASTLOG
  option are also available: UTIL_REORG_LASTLOG (YES/NO),
  UTIL_REORG_INDEX_LASTLOG (YES/NO) and
  UTIL_REORG_INDEX_DRAIN (A/W/<BLANK>).
