Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS Users * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS Explorer active task list fails * * in CICS 6.1 region with Server Error * * 500. * **************************************************************** When the CICS Explorer is used to monitor the active tasks list in CICS region 6.1, no data is returned. Additionally, Server Error 500 is observed on the screen. The Server Error 500 occurs when CPSM WUI is used for the Explorer connection as the value of task suspend time is too big, this is because of an error in a CICS copybook, DFHMNTPS. This problem may also present itself in other problems such as spurious data values.
Problem conclusion
