PH50562: NO COMMIT AFTER ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN STATEMENTS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When processing large number of ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN
  statements, there is no commit after each set of ALTER TABLE
  statements. Each Table's ALTERs need to be followed by a COMMIT
  before the next set of ALTERs for the subsequent table.

  When comparing 2 tables with differing columns, if columns are
  appended, COMMIT statements should be included after each set of
  ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN statements. Compare should generate a
  COMMIT once all ADD COLUMN statements are generated for a table.
  Wherever possible, some ALTER operations to the same tables
  should have one COMMIT after each set of statements.
