• Transformation Extender Pack for Healthcare V10.2.0
  
  378-4B - Required if Question Number/Letter Count (377-2Z) is
  greater than 0.  Files are passing compliance and failing in
  data translation.
  
  Field 489-TE is a mandatory field that can be repeated.
  Transactions are not failing compliance when this field is
  missing in any repeating group after the first occurrence.  This
  condition fails in the map with a transformation error.
  
  Examples:
  One occurrence of mandatory repeating fields 488-RE, 489-TE and
  448-ED, 489-TE is missing - Fails compliance correctly.
  
  If there are additional occurrences of mandatory repeating
  fields 488-RE, 489-TE and 448-ED, and 489-TE is missing - Does
  not fail compliance, fails in the map with a translation error.

• Updated ncpdp_jexit.js and segment_rules.json to properly report
   errors on missing or out of sequence fields in repeating
  groups.
