  used.  Transaction not failing compliance.
  
  484-JE - Required if Percentage Sales Tax Amount Submitted (482-
  GE) and Percentage Sales Tax Rate Submitted (483-HE) are used.
  
  Transaction not failing compliance.
  
  456-EN ASSOCIATED PRESCRIPTION/SERVICE REFERENCE NUMBER and
  457-EP ASSOCIATED PRESCRIPTION/SERVICE DATE are required when
  343-HD DISPENSING STATUS is equal C
  
  Transactions are not failing compliance when 343-HD=C and 456-EN
  or 457-EP are not present.
  
  339-6C - File should fail compliance with 339-6C blank is sent.
  
  File is passing compliance and translating. Blank value in the
