  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 Administration Tool does not allow  *
  *                      you to specify or change additional     *
  *                      REBIND options for dependent packages   *
  *                      when a REBIND command is generated by   *
  *                      Object Compare, Change Management or    *
  *                      the ALT function.  This APAR provides   *
  *                      a number of enhancements to specify     *
  *                      REBIND options.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  The following enhancements are added by this APAR:
  
   - The following new CM batch parameters are added:
  REBIND_APREUSE, REBIND_EXPLAIN, REBIND_OWNER,
  REBIND_OWNERTYPE and REBIND_ADDITIONAL_OPTS
   - The new option 'REBIND options' is added to the following
  panels: 'Generate Compare Jobs' (GOC5), 'Generate Analyze Job'
  (ADB2C11A) and 'ALTER - Build Apply Job' (ADBPALT)
  - A new 'REBIND options' panel (ADBPREBO) is added with
  the following options:  'APPREUSE', 'EXPLAIN', 'OWNER',
  'OWNERTYPE', 'Additional options'.  Use 'Additional
  options' to specify any additional REBIND options, which are
  added to the REBIND statement as is; the syntax is not checked
  or formatted.
