Error description

• Attempting to run Compliance Check for the IBM Transformation
  Extender Pack for Healthcare 10.2 on z/OS with ITX 10.1.1.0 (20)
  fails with the following error information.

  Problem Description:
  On z/OS Batch and CICS GETTXINSTALLDIRECTORY returns garbage,
  which causes a memory issue. (Failed to allocate memory error)
  
  Platforms Affected:
  z/OS Batch,z/OS CICS
  

Problem conclusion

• z/OS Batch and CICS there is no install directory - so now
  GETTXINSTALLDIRECTORY returns nothing. Previously was returning
  garbage.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
