Error description

• Explicit count for type "Global Temporary" on panel ADB2AUS
  shows a value greater than 1, yet line command AE against it
  shows "No rows returned". Per analysis, it turns out that the
  "No rows returned" is correct where "Global Temporary" on panel
  ADB2AUS should have an Explicit count value of 0.

  *                      (ADB2AUS) contains erroneous counts     *

  *                      columns for multiple types. These       *
  *                      counts do not match the actual number   *
  *                      of rows that are returned when          *
  *                      executing the AE, AI, and AP line       *
  *                      commands.                               *

  When the user specifies the UA (User Authorization) option
  in the AO section of the 'System Catalog' panel (ADB21), the
  ADB2AUS panel displays a list of types along with Explicit,
  Implicit, and Public counts for each type. However, when the
  user executes the AE, AI, or AP line commands on certain types,
  the number of rows returned does not match the count on the
  previous panel (ADB2AUS).
