* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF for this APAR.                 *

This APAR includes IMS Tools Setup V1.7 APAR PH50138 with the
following changes:
- Support configuring IMS Online Reorganization Facility for
  reorganizing databases with external logical relationships.
- Support configuring HD Pointer Checker to use with IMS
  Database Recovery Facility.
- Add the recommended value to the PARMLIB member of the IMS
  Recovery Expert.

The PTF of the following APAR is required to use the new
functions:
- PH33045 IMS Online Reorganization Facility V1.1(FMID=HHRF110)
