Error description

• IMS Administration Tool gets TBADD service error for PSBINFO
  table with RC=8 when all of the following conditions are met:
  - Select "Expand Info from IMS" at Object Explorer to view
    expanded information for a PSB
  - The PSB contains multiple PCBs
  - All or Some of the PCBs do not have a PCB name

  IBM IMS Administration Tool issues a message 'Get PSB expansion
  information TBADD service error. table=PSBINFO, RC=8' when the
  following conditions are satisfied:
  
   - Working on the IMS Administration Tool ISPF interface
   - Select "Expand Info from IMS" at Object Explorer to view
     expanded information of a PSB
   - The PSB contains multiple PCBs.
   - More than one of the PCBs has no PCB name.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM IMS Administration Tool has been modified to view expanded
  information of a PSB even if more than one of the PCBs has no
  PCB name.
