Error description

• 1. External load job may fail with the following message,
  HLOU4115W <date/time> Userid <userid> failed UNLOAD
     authorization check for table <table name>
  2. On a HALOAD job the following changes are included.
     A. Changed UNLOAD utility syntax to not use TABLESPACE name
        when running DSNUTILB for authorization check.
     B. On multi-table HA load, if UNLOAD utility authorization
        check fails on first table, the UNLOAD utility is not used
        to check for authorization for subsequent tables but goes
        immediately to DB2 catalog lookup for authorization check.
     C. New message HLOU5417I Unload authorization used
        <UTILITY/ CATALOG>
