Error description

• Env:  ITXA 10.0.1.4
  
  When I select a lower version of the map in the VERSION area and
  the screen navigates to that version desc. and choose the
  download, the result is a 0kb file.
  
  This also happens for the default maps and all previous map
  versions.
  
  The only map I'm able to download is the Default from the main
  Maps panel

Local fix

• Github# 1207
  Workaround: choose the desired map to be Default, then return
  back to the initial map screen for the Download feature.  If
  this is a production map be mindful that during these workaround
  steps an incorrect version of the map might get used until this
  is set back to the desired map.

  size and when downloaded to the server are also 0kb (empty)
