Error description

• On an External Load job (IDAA_ONLY) with an inline copy
  specified and load RESUME YES, if a full copy is not registered
  in the Loader repository (creator.HLOUCOPY), then fail the
  backup with warning message:
  HLOU5743E Full copy not registered for #CREATOR#.#TABLE_NAME#
  
  The Load job would end with RC=8
