Error description

• IBM Z Development and Test (all versions)
  
  ZD&T extraction fails for data sets with the status of the data
  sets being "extraction pending". The following error is found in
  the log files:
  
  org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: value too long for
  type character varying(16)
  

Local fix

• Currently, ZD&T has a limitation where data sets must not span
  multiple volumes. Currently, only extract data sets which are
  contained in only 1 volume.
