PH49903: LOAD BALANCER FILE DESCRIPTOR LEAK WHEN LOG FILE SYSTEM FULL

Error description

• When the file system contains the Load Balancer log files is
  full, file descriptors in use steady increases.
  

Local fix

• CBR Server increases file descriptor for log files
  

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: File descriptors in use by the Load     *
  *                      Balancer steadily increases when the    *
  *                      file system used for LB's log files     *
  *                      is full.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Load Balancer's logging algorithm opens the log file and
  attempts a write. When the write fails for some reason (such
  as file system is full), the Load Balancer does not close the
  file.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to close the file during error handling for
  the log file write function. This issue affects all Load
  Balancer components, ie, Dispatcher, Site Selector, and
  Content Based Routing.
