When the write fails for some reason (such as file system is full), the Load Balancer does not close the file.
Problem conclusion
Code was modified to close the file during error handling for the log file write function. This issue affects all Load Balancer components, ie, Dispatcher, Site Selector, and Content Based Routing. Fix levels: 8.5.5.23 9.0.5.14
