Error description

• Values for CCIVERCR, CCOVERCR, CDIVERCR, and CDOVERCR that
  describe the record header version for the CCI, CCO, CDI and CDO
  segments respectively, show a prior version than the latest
  segment header version contained in SGHVERSN. The Assembly
  Language macro instruction CHCSMFRC needs to be updated to
  describe the changed segment content.
