Error description

• Optim users defining an Archive/Extract/Compare process that
  will use an external unload program to retrieve the data rather
  than DB2 may experience a system error when requesting the
  'Specify Unload Program Parameters' panel be displayed:

Problem summary

  *                      system error may ensue.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the fix provided.                      *

  Due to an error in the definition of the panel its
  display is prevented and the Optim session is
  terminated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The error has been corrected.
  NOTE:
  As part of this correction all date and time values
  defined as criteria to pass to the unload utility
  MUST BE ENTERED IN ISO format regardless of the DB2
  subsystem date and time format settings.  If a 'local'
  format has been defined Optim will internally
  convert the ISO value for validation prior to generating
  the SYSIN data statements containing the parameters passed
  to the unload program when the JCL is submitted.
