  * This APAR adds toleration for the new                        *
  * Db2 EXPLAIN format introduced by Db2                         *
  * APAR PH44421.                                                *

  This Db2ZAI APAR adds toleration for the new Db2 EXPLAIN format
  introduced by Db2 APAR PH44421. This APAR is required for
  all Db2ZAI users that have Db2ZAI SQL optimization (SQLOPT)
  running. When Db2ZAI SQLOPT is running without this APAR and
  the target Db2 has PH44421 applied, the Db2ZAI SQL optimization
  statement page will not display the access path details.
