Error description

• When a SET statement is followed by a comment after only one
  blank in a JCL, Administration Tool gets unpredictable results
  in ATY#BRGN, for instance, ABEND0C4 at ATY#BRGN+X'6DFA'.

  *                      in the IMS region JCLs.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  Administration Tool analyzes IMS region JCLs at the begging of
  performing the functions. When SET statement is followed by a
  comment after one blank in the IMS region JCL, Administration
  Tool misinterprets the statement and refers incorrect address in
  storage. It causes an error in the module ATY#BRGN. The symptom
  is depending on the value in the address, for instance, ABEND0C4
  at ATY#BRGN+X'6DFA'.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to skip a comment
  started with one blank.
