APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Possible ALAA073E error during the row decompression, when the
  tool picks up incorrect dictionary. The issue may occur if there
  was a REORG that rebuilt the dictionary and the nearest IC is
  incremental. The APAR corrects this situation and allows
  fallback to nearest full IC in such cases.
