  Update definition AVAIL_70_T_2 has a hard coded key which
  creates a conflict when multiple collects are processing
  SMF 70 records.
  

Problem conclusion

• The update definition AVAIL_70_T_2 was valid in a batch collect
  environment where only one collect was running. This is not
  appropriate with multiple collectors running. The definition
  is removed.
