Error description

• For a logical unload, Db2 HPU unduly issues the following
  warning message INZU487W PART RANGE OPTIMIZATION FAILED FOR
  creator.table.
  .
  This occurs when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the optimization by range is enabled by either of the
  following means:
     - the UNLOAD statement specifies the OPTIMIZE_PART_RANGE YES
  from the technical parameters block
     - the UNLOAD statement does not specify the
  OPTIMIZE_PART_RANGE option and the VUM033/OPTRGPRT parmlib
  parameter is set to YES.
  - the logical unload (SELECT statement) is processed in native
  mode
  - the table involved in the unload belongs to a partitioned
  tablespace
  - the EXPLAIN statement issued by HPU for the logical unload in
  question created more than one row in the PLAN_TABLE table
  
  Db2 HPU unduly considers the latter condition as an abnormal
  situation and does no attempt to exploit the output of the
  EXPLAIN statement that might help reduce the number of
  partitions to be processed.
