Error description

• The following Urban Code Release (UCR) Resource endpoints are
  not returning deleted
  application processes:
  /rest/release/applicationProcesses
  /rest/release/syncApplicationProcesses
  
  The Urban Code Release integration was no longer returning
  deleted application processes for syncing to UCR.
  This means the process listing in UCR does not get updated to
  mark the deleted process as inactive, which leaves
  the corresponding "Automated Task" active in various selects and
  user elements.
  
  The endpoint should be returning deleted application processes
  which have impact on Urban Code Deploy (UCD) during restAPI
  call.
