Error description

• Unexpected results along with an abort from NCPDP transaction
  header service provider validation.
  
  Expect transactions to fail under certain scenarios with
  202-B2 and 201-B1.
  
  Map aborts when 202-B2 is 1 space.
  
  Expect failure with a reject code of B2 when 202-B2 is missing,
  but 201-B1 is present, which passes compliance.
  
  Expect failure with a reject code of B2 when 202-B2 is present,
  but 201-B1 missing, which passes compliance but should fail
  with a reject code of 05.
