APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The audit event log extraction is not retrieving particular
project details. Instead it is returning default outputs for all
projects.

Problem summary

  • 1. The query conditions had to be exact wordings. The problem
had been fixed in 6.1.1 to allow partial match, but the fix was
not back ported to the customer?s version (6.0.1)              €
2. Start date and end date filters would accept any manual
inputs that has a digit in it, even if invalid, and do not give
any errors (default behavior of Carbon date picker)
3. Customer requested the functionality of wildcard filtering
4. Customer requested the functionality to search upon hitting
Enter
5. Customer requested the functionality to close filter window
upon applying/resetting search

Problem conclusion

  • 1. The fix was back ported to 6.0.1. 6.0.2 and 6.1.0.
2. Data validation was implemented and now covered in unit
tests. Invalid dates would give an error message.
