Problem conclusion

• This APAR reduces the possibility of receiving ONCODE 451,
  ONCODE 340, or both during a comparison. The storage allocation
  is optimized, and the internal program object limit is
  increased. Receiving ONCODE conditions 451 and 340 is still
  possible depending on the objects being compared and the system
  environment.
