  (1) Classic R.M.A DIST field displays of storage cushion and
      total 31-bit storage don't display values plus loop
      displaying Real 2G Frames output line
  (2) Validation for parameter KD2_PFxx_READA_OPBUFSIZE incorrect
      as it should allow OP Buffer sizes as low as 2MB
  (3) PARMGEN $PARSE job / Configuration Manager GENERATE action
      failing in KCICRPLC REXX in case only a Db2 13 load library
      is specified in global parameter member
  (4) ALTER statement for adding column A2GB_AUX_LOG_WRT to PDB
      table has wrong table name specified.
  (5) THDXABRT is not in PDS History files.
  (6) Error 4 getting AVT pointer is displayed in the logs for
      specific tables when Db2 is not active.
  (7) Only 2 line caption is allowed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Oct 2022 maintenance Updates.
  
  (1) Classic DISP address space field values corrected and loop
      displaying Real 2G Frames eliminated.
  (2) Validation logic for parameter KD2_PFxx_READA_OPBUFSIZE has
      been corrected to allow OP Buffer sizes from 2MB up to 64MB.
  (3) REXX exec KCICRPLC has been corrected to fix the issue.
  (4) ALTER statement for column A2GB_AUX_LOG_WRT in sample member
      DGOSUPDB has been updated with correct PDB table name.
  (5) Added THDXABRT to PDS History files.
  (6) Fix error display.
  (7) Replace 3 lines captions to 2 lines captions.
