  2. PARMGEN parameter help (PF1) not working for the following
     Classic Near-Term parameters:
        KD2_PF_HIS_VSAM_VOLUME<1...7>
  3. Validation for PARMGEN parameter KD2_PF_READA_OPBUFSIZE
     allows only a minimum of 16 MB while the code does support a
     minimum of 2 MB.

  2. Changes have been made to support PF1 help for the following
     Classic Near-Term parameters: KD2_PF_HIS_VSAM_VOLUME<1...7>.
     Note that PF1 will be fully functional when PARMGEN PTF
     UJ09445 is applied in addition to this PTF.
  3. The validation logic for parameter KD2_PF_READA_OPBUFSIZE
     has been adjusted to allow for a 2 MB minimum.
