Error description

• An S0C4 ABEND may result if the 'I' line command is issued for
  a table within the list of objects to be created by Optim whose
  status is CHANGED.

  *                      the status is CHANGED may result in an  *
  *                      S0C4 ABEND.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the fix provided                       *
  ****************************************************************
  The panel displayed when the 'I' line command is issued does not
  support horizontal scrolling of the object names and default
  values.  Consequently, such values may exceed the panel's
  capacity causing an ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• To avoid the ABEND any data that exceeds the limits of the panel
  will be truncated in the display and noted with a '+' character
  to identify it.
