PH49210: DFHLD0109I DFHLDDMI IS UNABLE TO LOCATE MODULE DFHEIQTG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Started CICS after CICSTS 6.1 was installed & upgraded and
  noticed message DFHLD0109I DFHLDDMI IS UNABLE TO LOCATE MODULE
  DFHEIQTG IN THE LPA. DFHRPL OR DYNAMIC LIBRARY VERSION OF MODULE
  WILL BE USED was issued. Checked the DFH$UMOD in SDFHSAMP and
  this module is not part of the move to the SDFHLPA. DFHEIQTG
  should have been added to the DFH$UMOD at CICS TS 6.1.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHLD0109I is issued for DFHEIQTG when  *
  *                      starting CICS.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  CICS is started with the SIT parameter 'LPA=YES' defined. Then
  CICS attempts to load DFHEIQTG from the LPA. However, DFHEIQTG
  is not in the LPA because it is not in DFHUMOD (DFH$UMOD) and so
  DFHLD0109I would be issued.
  
  This APAR also resolves a problem where running DFHUMOD
  (DFH$UMOD) would cause error GIM39801I    SYSMOD DFHUMOD WAS NOT
  RECEIVED BECAUSE IT HAS A SYNTAX OR CONSTRUCTION ERROR proceeded
  by the ++MOVE for DFHAPYP.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHUMOD (DFH$UMOD) has been changed to include DFHEIQTG and also
  resolve the construction error.
  
  Table 2 of the CICS 6.1 documentation page 'LPA-required and
  LPA-eligible modules' will be updated to include DFHEIQTG.
  DFHEIQTG will be added with a 'Description' of 'EXEC interface
  for TAG commands' with 'System initialisation parameter or note'
  as '1'.
