Error description

• Transactions are failing validation when the 351-NP (OTHER
  PAYER-PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY AMOUNT QUALIFIER) field in the AM05
  (Coordination of Benefits) segment occurs more than 9 times.
  The 353-NR (COORDINATION OF BENEFITS/OTHER PAYMENTS COUNT) field
  is required when 351-NP is used and allows for a maximum of 25.
  Therefore, 351-NP should allow for a maximum of 25.

  for this. In addition, ncpdp_validation map update to report
