Error description

• Messages being issued by DB2 LOAD Utility batch job CHCUTIL are
  not tagged with the timestamp or source component, which is not
  helpful on monitoring the batch job?s activities and
  investigating issues when error occurs. All the messages issued
  in CHCUTIL job should be preceded with the timestamp and source
  component as they are in the CHCPRINT SPOOLed output
