    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * Message EZYFS31W (FTP reply catalog returned an unexpected *
    * timestamp message) is written to indicate that the FTP reply *
    * message catalog is not the expected one. The default FTP *
    * reply message catalog is used. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    * Apply PTF                                                    *
    ****************************************************************
    APAR PH42618 updated the FTP reply message catalog but did not
    recompile all users of the message catalog. This causes the
    check for the FTP reply message catalog level to fail. An
    EZYFS31W (FTP reply catalog returned an unexpected timestamp
    message) is written and the default message catalog is used.
    This prevents an NLS catalog from being used for the FTP
    replies.

Problem conclusion

  • All modules that open the FTP reply message catalog are
    recompiled to use the latest FTP reply message catalog.
