Error description

• 1. Create a User, create a Team, and add the user to the Admin
  Role of the Team.
  2. Log-in with the user and set User's My Profile -> Preferences
  -> Default Teams for New Objects-> None
  3. Create a Component with the user
  4. Create a Resource Tree similar to
  - Top-Level Resource
  -- Group Resource
  --- Agent
  ---- Component
  
  All Resource objects under the Top-Level Resource should have
  the inherit teams configuration.
  
  4. On the Resources page drag and drop the 'Component Resource'
  on the agent resource, while holding CTRL to create a copy of
  the Component Resource
  
  Result:
  
  User does not have permissions to create a Resource
