Error description

• A DROP instead of CREATE prefix is generated in the WSL for
  ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN. This causes incorrect order of
  statements where the table is processed before the tablespace

  If CM is used to apply table space changes that include PAGE
  SIZE changes and adding a column to a table, an error (SQLCODE
  -670) can occur because of the incorrect SQL statement order.
