• Error Description:
  When you run a deployment configured with manual approval, the
  manual approval respond box will close itself automatically if
  no action is taken.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Run a deployment to an environment that requires manual
  approvals.
  2. Go to the deployment record and try to respond to the manual
  approval.
  3. The respond box will closes itself automatically if we aren't
  fast enough.
