Error description

• The Load Balancer allows a stickytime of 0 to be configured on
  a port. Zero is not a valid value.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to display an error when stickytime
  is set to 0. If no affinity is desired, the port
  selectionalgorithm must be set to â??connectionâ??.
