PH48716: NO RECORD IS LOADED INTO HDB WHEN THE RELATIVE DATE IS SPECIFIED IN THE HDB DEFINITION SELECTION CRITERIA

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• No records are loaded into the HDB when the relative date
  is specified in HDB definition Selection Criteria.  The
  
  problem is caused by CICS PA since it, did not apply
  the local time zone offset after it gets the TOD ( time
  
  of day ) using a STCK instruction.  It only happens in
  
  HDB definition or template Selection Criteria with
  
  a relative date specified.

  When a relative date is specified in an HDB definition or
  template Selection Criteria, CICS PA does not apply the local
  time zone offset after it gets the TOD (time of day) using a
  STCK instruction, so no records are loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS PA has been changed to apply the local time zone offset to
  the TOD after using the STCK instruction.
