  *                      Change utility (OSC) to support the     *
  *                      IMS Tools Common Pauser.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  With this APAR, OSC can enable the BMP, CICS, and ODBA
  application pause features by using the IMS Tools Common Pauser
  that is provided by IMS Tools Base Common Services of
