PH48600: XSLT FUNCTIONS FAIL TO PRODUCE ANY OUTPUT WHEN MAP IS RUN UNDER ACE 11 ON AIX

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem can be observed when using the IBM Transformation
  Extender (ITX) product with a map that uses the xmllib->XSLT()
  function.  A map that normally produces output on the Design
  Studio (and possibly even the Command Server on AIX) fails to
  produce any output when the same map is run under App Connect
  Enterprise (ACE) on the AIX platform.

  XSLT functions fail to produce any output when map is run under
  ACE 11

Problem conclusion

• Correctly linked XSLT4C module to our version of ICU. Previously
   it was linked to a a generic version of ICU and was using the
  first one it found in ACE libraries and that caused load issues
  and the XSLT4C module was not loaded or executed, and did not
  produce any output.
