• When you try to open "View Output logs" in a "Download Artifacts
  steps" with status failed, you see the next exception:
  org.apache.http.TruncatedChunkException: Truncated chunk
  Codestation local IO errors are sometimes reported incorrectly
  as an HTTP error
  
  An example of a local error that can be reported incorrectly is
  a filesystem permission error.
